Daniel Edwards is a mental health therapist with 17 years of experience. He is a Certified Anxiety Therapist, a Certified Grief Counselor, and holds an expert certification in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma. Daniel spent seven years working at the Department of Veterans Affairs as a Mental Health Supervisor, where he provided therapy for veterans experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions while leading clinical teams.

Daniel specializes in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)—the gold-standard treatment for OCD—and is the author of the forthcoming My Anxiety Journal. He helps clients navigate OCD, anxiety, trauma, and grief, including losses related to loved ones, pets, relationships, and identity.

  • Once your appointment is scheduled, a link to the virtual therapy room will be sent over. Check-in at your appointment time. It’s that easy!

  • 48-hour notice for cancellations is encouraged

    Frequent last minute cancellations will be discussed and planned for accordingly

  • I use short, evidence-based tools like the PHQ-9, GAD-7, and Y-BOCS to help you see improvement throughout therapy. These measures guide treatment so sessions stay focused and effective.
